Michael Torres known by his artist nickname Myke Towers, is a Puerto Rican rapper and songwriter born on 15 January 1994, in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico. He changed his name in 2017 by changing his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to pay tribute to Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The letter i on the group's name was changed to a y. Myke Towers is a Puerto Rican rap artist who has worked on the scene since the age of an teen, released his very first compositions and freestyles on his SoundCloud page. In 2014 he gained popularity by releasing songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. His freestyle La Nueva Droga, and his reworking of Drake's first track "0 to 100" also attracted attention in the urban music world.
