Walker was born 1976 in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. She is of African American heritage, and an American. She's the daughter of Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother is an agent for real estate, and her father holds a degree in engineering. Walker graduated from Germantown Friends School situated in Philadelphia's Germantown district in the year 1994. She attended Harvard College, where she received a Bachelors in Arts degree. Welker got married to John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was known as a marketing director. They have two daughters. They began to have an affair with one other. John, her husband is four years younger than her. Due to their relationship being so prosperous, they chose to move on to the next stage. They got married on the 4th of March 2017. Philadelphia Pennsylvania was the location of their wedding. In the Hyatt The Hyatt, they had the wedding of a lifetime. A few close family members and friends was invited.
